The instrument supplier delivers hardware. A separate contractor installs it. A third party writes the control logic. No single party owns whether the plant operates as specified, and the client is left holding a system nobody will stand behind.

Tungatech carries all four stages, so one party owns whether the plant operates as specified. Where a client needs only part of that chain, the scope is set to match and the interface with the other parties is defined in writing.

Billing and revenue metering for electricity and gas. The meter, the communication path and the head-end integration are delivered as one scope, so consumption data arrives somewhere a person acts on it.

Six Measurement Families, Specified to the Application.

Instruments are manufactured by APURE. Tungatech is responsible for specification, supply, installation, commissioning and the ongoing maintenance regime.

Flow Measurement

Magnetic to DN2000, clamp-on ultrasonic to DN6000, doppler, open channel, vortex and turbine.

Level Measurement

Ultrasonic to 40 m, 80 GHz FMCW radar to 120 m at ±1 mm, magnetic flap, hydrostatic and float switch.

Pressure Measurement

Gauge, absolute and sealed gauge transmitters to 100 MPa, differential pressure to 0.05% FS, digital and mechanical gauges.

Temperature Measurement

Pt100 and Pt1000 transmitters from −200 to 400 °C, explosion-proof variants, bare platinum resistance elements.

Water Quality

Controllers, analogue sensors and RS485 digital sensors for pH, ORP, conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen and residual chlorine.

Energy and Gas Metering

Three phase CT and CT/VT bulk meters to Class 0.5, DLMS/COSEM certified. Split smart meters and gas billing meters with prepayment and automated reading.

Standards of Work

Every Point Is Commissioned Before It Is Accepted.

The measured value is verified against a reference. The point name, engineering unit and scaling are recorded in the handover documentation. Systems are handed over without temporary overrides, disabled interlocks or undocumented logic in place.

No Sign-Off Without Verification

No system is signed off that has not been physically verified by the responsible engineer.

No Untraceable Figures

No performance figure is published that cannot be traced to source measurement data, with the date range and method stated.

Savings Verified Against a Baseline

Savings claims are verified against a documented baseline using IPMVP methodology.

Safety Held Through Commissioning

Interlocks and protective devices remain in service throughout installation and commissioning. Where a requirement would place either at risk, an alternative method is proposed that achieves the same operational outcome safely.
