Executive Summary
Tungatech Engineering Solutions designs, supplies, installs and maintains instrumentation and building control systems for commercial, industrial and residential clients in Zimbabwe. The company holds single-party accountability for the whole chain, from selection of the measurement point through to the maintenance regime that keeps the system reporting accurately after handover.
Control and metering installations perform best when one party owns the result. Tungatech carries design, supply, integration and maintenance, so the client has a single point of accountability from the measurement point through to the maintenance regime. Where a client needs only part of that chain, the scope is set to match.
Every Tungatech proposal states the equipment schedule, the installed cost in United States Dollars, the expected operational saving where measurement supports a claim, and a named engineer accountable for delivery.

Technical direction rests with the founder and Chief Executive Officer, a practising electrical engineer.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. Master of Science in Big Data Analytics.
Discipline
Building management systems, plant automation, energy management and data analysis.
Field Experience
Commissioning, multi-vendor system integration, energy performance analysis, project management, bill of quantities design and technical documentation. Includes heading a Network Operations Centre for remote plant monitoring.
Integration Work
Development of application programming interfaces between building management platforms and third-party energy management systems, and register-level control of power meter outputs where the manufacturer offered no configuration route.

Designs, installations and verification work are carried out to these standards and methodologies. The experience described above is the professional engineering record directing Tungatech projects.
How Work Is Run
One Accountable Engineer on Every Project
Technical direction is held in-house. Each project is allocated to a named accountable engineer, stated in the quotation, who carries it from survey through to handover and remains the contact for the maintenance period.
Technical Direction
Held in-house by a practising electrical engineer. Instrument selection, control philosophy and sequence of operation are developed by the same party that commissions the system.
Resourcing to Scale
Installation teams are resourced to the size and programme of the project, working to the Tungatech method statement, commissioning procedure and documentation standard.
Documented Handover
As-built drawings, point schedule with engineering units, commissioning test record and maintenance schedule, so the system can be maintained by whoever holds it next.

Supply Relationships
Tungatech sources instrumentation and automation equipment through established supply relationships, which allows equipment to be specified on technical fit and landed cost rather than on local availability.

Scope
Scoped to What the Client Needs
Tungatech takes the full chain of design, supply, integration and maintenance, or any part of it. Supply only, supply and install, or a complete installed and maintained system: the scope is agreed with the client before pricing, and the quotation states exactly what is included.
Where a client already has an installer, a controls contractor or a maintenance provider, Tungatech works alongside them and defines the interface in writing so the boundaries are clear from the start.
