Each project is handed over with the documentation needed to operate, maintain and audit it, and Tungatech retains a copy. That record is what allows a system to be supported years later and a performance figure to be traced back to source.
Where a savings figure appears against a reference, it is traceable to source measurement data with the date range and method stated, and verified against a documented baseline using IPMVP methodology.
